About Us...

Sharon Lake-Gargano has been practicing design for over twenty
years.  She began her career in the commercial field of design.  Her own
interior design practice became a dream realized in 1993, focusing on
residential design yet still maintaining a presence in the commercial market.

Sharon is a professional member of the Alliance of Interior Designers (AID)
and is certified by the Council for Qualification of Residential Interior
Designers (CQRID).  Sharon is a former President and board member for the
local chapter of the Interior Design Society (IDS) and is currently serving on
committees for the newly formed Alliance of Interior Designers (AID). She was
asked by the CEO of IDS National to jury the drafting portion
of CQRID exams for 2003.  

Ann Flowers has been practicing design for twenty years.
Ann is a graduate of East Carolina University with a BFA in Interior Design. Her
primary experience is in kitchen design. She has had the opportunity to design
large, small and commercial kitchen spaces. A continuous student she keeps
memberships with National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and Alliance of
Interior Designers (AID).

Junior League of Raleigh's 2009 Showcase of
We recently participated in the 2009 Showcase of Kitchens. There were 10
kitchens selected for the tour, three of which were designed by Sharon

6th Annual New Homes & Ideas Dream Home
Sharon was one of the thirteen local Interior Design Society members that  
showcased their combined talents in working on this home.

This award was presented in June of 2005 to the award winning IDS Team for
Historic Preservation of the Mordecai House interiors.

Sharon has been interviewed for various articles appearing in the News and
Observer such as: an interview on High Point Market news, an article in the
Home and Garden section featuring a Theater Room designed by Sharon, and a
master bath featured in the N & O designed in 2004 for a local Raleigh couple.
